Bonjour,

We are pleased to present you the first issue of our magazine : VISION.

Each month, we will share with you our vision of Champagne, our Houses and Domaines, our brands and our sparklings with some general information about Champagne, our Champagnes and sparklings range.

We chose to launch VISION during a crucial period: the harvest.

Harvest 2020: The earliest in history

The 2020 harvest, which began on 17 August, is the earliest in Champagne history.
We have to go back to 2003 to know the first harvest in August.

The 34,000 hectares of the Champagne region must be harvested by hand according to the regulations of the Champagne appellation. About 120,000 harvesters are employed during this period of about 2 weeks.

In Champagne, the maximum yield per hectare is regulated.
This year, this yield was set at 8,000 kg per hectare, the equivalent of a production of 230 million bottles.

The grapes have a very good sanitary condition, a good degree and a good acidity with exceptional potential in the continuity of 2018 and 2019.

New Champagne, Cuvée Sensorium:

When the art of Champagne meets that of porcelain

Created by the German company Sensorium GmbH in collaboration with our Partner Maison Edouard Brun and after creating the first bottle with a porcelain core for the Mathusalem format (equivalent to 8 bottles) it is now the launch of a 75 cl glass bottle covered with a porcelain handcrafted shell handcrafted.

It is decorated with 24 carat gold.

This magnificent cuvée showcases the Pinot Meunier grape from the Terroir of Montagne de Reims combined with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay for a fruity, light and rounded Champagne. Ideal as an aperitif, with white meats, grilled fish or delicate cheese.

A unique innovation and extreme refinement in perfect harmony with the arts of the table.
